AVOID CARCO AUTOMOTIVE in Rice, MN !!!

Jeff, owner of CarCo, represented to me that the vehicle had a salvage title due to hail damage. Jeff spoke to me over the phone and assured me that the vehicle had been running properly prior to it breaking down while his daughter was driving it, which was prior to my purchase of the car. They brought the car to a BMW dealership to have a certified mechanic to inspect it for repair. Jeff informed me that it was idling very rough, both in park and drive, but this is most likely due to a sensor or broken pin connectors on a wiring harness (I replaced this, not the issue). He told me that the BMW was experiencing problems and he didn't have time to repair or inspect it in house. I am now certain that he did all that he could before deceitfully pawning this problem to me.

On 8/2/2016 (2013 BMW 335i) was delivered successfully to Kapp's European Service Center in Utah. Upon its delivery, Sam, owner of Kapp's European, had mentioned to me that there was obvious rear subframe and control arm damage to the vehicle (Jeff never disclosed this damage). I was told by the freight truck driver that upon his pick-up of the BMW that there was subframe damage to the car and it was quite obvious. He sent me pictures of it, but Jeff would NOT return the vehcile and cancel the sale. The company I used to deliver the vehicle has thousands of positive reviews for flawless delivery (4.8 out of 5). There were too many undisclosed problems to this car that I ruled out the freight company.

On 8/2/2016 Sam, owner of Kapp's European, had mentioned that after inspection of the BMW 335i that the O2 Sensor was unplugged. He said that this was awfully strange and he thought someone had been trying to bypass the air/fuel delivery problems. He made roughly 15,000 dollars in attempted repairs. He said that the man (Jeff), MUST have known the extent of this problem.

I was told only part of the story, however, Jeff and June Marie Friedrich who are owners of Carco Automotive are operating their business with dishonest, unethical behavior. Many customers below my comment have mentioned the same type of poor behavior (lying, deceit, unethical pratices). I should have listened to the comment Posters on this thread, but I did not. Don't ignore your gut feeling after reading this, walk away from this dealership and never speak to them again!!!!!!!!!!! You have been warned. If you have one or two negative reviews, probably it will be an isolated issue, not the case here. They have many strong complaints about their dishonest business.
