My wife and I were looking for a SUV that had a second row configurable with a two seat configuration with a space between the chairs for accessing the third row of seats. We were assisted at Mercedes by Frank Bertone who was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Although we were not able to find the exact new model we were looking for (we had a particular color preference, when matched to the seat configuration there were few in the US) he went above and beyond, eventually finding an R350 on the roof of the building that was the same color that we were looking for that fell into the category of a fleet vehicle. He worked with us to arrange to have the seat configuration modified to the two seat middle row configuration. Frank and Natalie Mannerino met with us individually to go over the features of the vehicle and configure the COMMAND system for use. Natalie followed through working with us to get all of the seat modification work done on the vehicle. The service department is superb, worked with us to paint a roof carrier to match our vehicle color as well. Very happy with our new car and the service we received.
