Today we decided as a family to join YMCA and enjoy the swimming pool.. what got ready with my girlfriend and daughter, shw as vert excited to go to a pool.

I get there and ask them about the pool, of we couls use it, we asked about the swimming hut, they told me it was 10$ each, they were busy and only one guy at the front desk, while completing application i asked multiple questions about the pool and activities, he would answer later you can look at the schedule, so i let him finish to later look at it. He charged me 100 initiation fee and 136 for monthly fee. Once we paid, took pictures, over an hour later, we ask again for pool and activities and we started looking at schedule when the last time for Families in the pool was finishing. To start offx they never mentioned me there was very restricted times about using pool with kids, second by then it was to late to use it, we been 2hs there, we paid over $200 and we were denied to take our daughter to the pool, she was crying, all a big mess for my family. Customer service wasnt good at all,we were talking about the pool, i asked to buy the huts for the pool and they do not tell you that you need to wait another day? I asked for a refund, they couldnt give it. I have to wait until Monday, they had no supervisors or Managers.

Honestly i was so excited to find a gym i could go and train while my girlfriend and daughter would enjoy the pool. They ruin my sunday.. now i want my refund, and i am out of gym again, need to find a new one.
