I do not recommend this company for property management. My renter moved out and allowed his 2 party friends to take over my house for 6 months. This was approved by Anita and not communicated to me. Neighbors told me they were glad to see them go. Lease clearly did not allow this without my written approval. I immediately asked to enter my property. I was shocked and disappointed to find my house is such terrible condition. I immediately requested renters move out. It was obviously not monitored and maintained as you would think a responsible property management company should.
