If I could give this "business" zero stars, I would. I haven't even rented from them and the two times I went to look at their properties, it was horrible. The first time I went they gave me a key to a home that was NO LONGER available. My husband and I actually fell in love with the house and when we returned the key to fill out an application, she then informed us that it was no longer available... Ridiculous!! Why give us the key if thats the case? Now the second time on November 29th of 2017 was horrific. We went to one of their properties and at this particular property, it was nothing like the description online! The second we went inside, there had appeared to be a second floor to the house, which they claim is an "attic". My assumption is that they have NOT kept up to date with this house because it was no longer an "attic", it was a homemade room upstairs! Disgusting dirty room, cardboard nailed into the ceiling, parts of the walls were missing and broken. Old dirty blankets all over the place and worst of all, there were USED needles all over the place... . If it wasn't for my husband being so observant, I would of walked all over them myself! Imagine if I had kids with me and we went looking at houses as a FAMILY and god forbid one of my kids gets poked or touched one of those disgusting needles! When I brought this to the Realtors attention, i do not know her name because of no name tag but she is currently pregnant, she simply replied with "I'm sorry, I will let the property manager know" and completely ignored anything else I had to say!!! I even took a video of the place and she had no interest in watching it!! So unprofessional and honestly saddening. This place should be shut down. Makes absolutely no sense!
