I want to be fair. I am in the automotive service business for 40 years. I know customer service and how difficult it is to please everyone. My ordeal with City Cadillac is too long to script. I will say that the experience was so awful that Cadillac themselves sent me a $500.00 gift certificate. The sole reason for going to the dealership was because of an expensive warranty repair. Otherwise, I would have had my shop handle it as it does my maintenance. City Cadillac seems to have no understanding of customer relations and thus retention. I know that I will never return!
I said I wanted to be fair. The only shining light that I came in contact with was Kevin, my service advisor. As for the rest, no one had a clue. Very sad for the flagship of General Motors.
