HUMILIATED. I went to purchase 2019 Honda Civic 2 days ago. The sales agent David was really nice and polite and provided all the information I asked for. Later, the Sales Manager Jeff came to our table to close the deal and he spoke in a extremely rude and inappropriate way. He Literally said this to me "I have a car, you don't have anything. It is upon me to sell you the car or not" Those words just shook me off the table. I would never visit that dealer again. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.
