If I could have given zero stars, I would have. Absolutely the WORST customer service. Called to ask questions about my installation and was told that I needed to call ADT directly. This was only a month after the original installation. The tech drilled a hole through my wall into the garage and didn't bother to fill the hole. Tech told us he would be back out to fix the hole but never heard back from him. We ended up fixing the hole ourselves. Fast forward 4 months, called to ask a few questions about our contract (wasn't aware that it was a 36 month contract... Shocking) but was told that after 90 days they forward the contract on to ADT and don't keep a copy on file (lie). Called ADT and they did have a copy of the contract but since it was within the 12 months, I needed to talk to Safe Haven. After 2 more phone calls to Safe Haven and very rude people lecturing me about how a contract works and that I couldn't cancel without paying them 100% of the contract, I decided that I would wait until after the first 12 months so that my contract would be in ADT's complete control and I wouldn't give Safe Haven anymore of my money.... Stay away from Safe Haven unless you like rude and disrespectful people lecturing you instead of listening to your concern's or questions. They can't be bothered once they have your "signature" (which is not your signature) on their contract. They could careless about your home. Oh and if you ask for fire alarm monitoring as a part of your package, you can forget it.... They never added ours. Took me talking directly to ADT, they were willing to add the fire detectors to the plan as well as lowering our monthly fee but keeping the same plan. All I can say is research the Dealers.... I should have. These reviews would have helped me!!!
