The Manager Maritza was so sweet. It was my birthday and I stayed there not knowing what fees was associated. She assisted me and managed my complaint and made me feel comfortable. I had ran into her on the elevator and upon hearing that she worked there I just started complaining. She was like I m a manager, and if you come to the front desk I can help you. This was back in May, I m just late with my review. Thank you Maritza. It s always a pleasure meeting someone so willing to help!!!
