The worst place to do business with. It takes forever for someone to give you a call back. Also, the lady who was helping out did not DO anything. Interest rate goes higher and higher almost every six months for no reasons. I called customer service twice, both people told me that I needed too buy another "insurance" and I told them what was it for and at the end they both told me, "they do not know." Ocwen is so unprofessional.
