After several calls, emails and more calls, still ...

After several calls, emails and more calls, still no response from them it is clearly unacceptable that the lines are busy during this complicated period I understand, but when I am advised to send an email to have a more answer fast and that even after its still no response, it's shameful !!!
Especially when the CAF in question does not respect these commitments since the month of October with almost 700 to the key ...... so a rotten note for a rotten service because I suppose that a visit without appointment does not will not be tolerated so if this is the case I would like to take one either by email or by phone, to the person concerned in the caf who will see this message, I await your calls thank you in advance
