We called multiple times over a month asking about a part being delivered. They failed to look up nearby dealers which had the part in stock and could have easily fixed the problem of broken A/C for a month in Chicago heat.

Now we are stuck relocating homes via a 15 hour drive with zero A/C to a very hot state.

Another time we went in for a basic oil change. Verbally this is all we agreed on. The older man at the service desk was small-talking to me while I signed the paper describing the work to be done that day. Little did I know that he added a transmission fluid change to that paper (in tiny font) which costed an extra $250. The transmission fluid change was totally unnecessary at that time. It just barely made the mileage at which it *could* be recommended. He snuck it in to get the extra commission I'm sure.
