Make sure you raise Cain if your AC isn't working at 1:30 AM in the morning with your pregnant wife. That is what one of the front desk workers suggested I do. We followed protocols enough to try and get into another arrangement or have it fixed and he said there was nothing available, then 10 minutes later says there is a lesser value room available after the fact that we were packed up and ready to leave to our home. I'm never suggesting this place nor staying in this location ever!
