My wife and I spent three days driving all over MA and even RI looking for a used truck. We are from out of state and we needed a truck for our college son to drive. Before looking we scratched all the used car dealers who had really bad reviews that revealed fraud committed on other buyers before us. Those reviews were invaluable and we heard you. Thank you. We then literally went to at least a dozen and a half dealers in three days.
The last dealer on the last day was this one. Upon meeting the owner I noted that he was exceedingly pleasant and appeared trustworthy. In speaking with him about the truck he was honest about various aspects. He also didn t mind counteroffers and a bit of negotiating. One thing that irritates most car buyers are the games salesmen employ to manipulate us. There were few if any here.
In all I appreciated working with the owner and he was very helpful negotiating the draconian process in MA. He provided additional services that made everything smooth.
We have the truck now and it s running great.
