This review is for the service department! I bought my 2018 Chevy Trax from here in 2018. I have only brought my vehicle here for maintenance and oil changes. My most previous oil change was a complete disappointment. My oil drain plug was completely stripped and stuck, my oil filter cap was tightened so hard that it cracked in pieces & I was way overcharged for the oil change. When I asked the reasoning? the lady working said Unfortunately the price of oil changes went up . On top of that I had to replace both (oil drain plug & the oil filter cap) after the fact. Not the service I would expect from a mechanic at Ray Chevrolet! I will not be bringing my vehicle back. Too much money down the drain for that type of work! Disappointing.
