I had a great experience! I decided on a BMW K1600 GTL Exclusive last October with help from Tyler Loebertmann. He was very helpful; he knew his products and he researched some questions for me. I bought the bike in November to leave at Moon over the winter so the accessories I wanted could be installed. Earl Moon, the BMW mechanic who took charge of my bike did a great job. By the way, I ordered accessories from Germany, Japan, Tennessee, California, and a few other places. Earl had to sort his way through horribly written instructions and never-seen-before oddities. While all this was happening, I was away from Minnesota and Moon worked with me on all the custom parts I ordered. The service was excellent; the final product is beautiful, cleanly accessorized, and thoughtfully put together. I recommend you try out Moon Motorsports.
