At the reception i had a literal struggle with the staff members before my check in. They held my deposit about 6 months, Until i went back in paris to sort out the issue. Just make sure you put the deposit money on cash, Don't use the credit card. Other than that hotel itself is very classy, Nice rooms etc.. But they lack sufficiency at the desk along with overall costumer support.
