I purchased a 2011 Jeep Liberty in July 2016. The heat stopped working in March 2017. They replaced my heater core for $1,000. In December 2017 my heat stopped working again and they told me they couldn t find a problem. On January 5, 2018 they replaced my heater core again and charged me an extra $200. On January 20, 2019 my heat stopped working again. Burns Honda wouldn t do anything because it was 15 days out of warranty. I took it to a new mechanic who said Burns Honda messed up when they replaced the heater core the previous two times and this would have been avoided if they flushed the contaminated clog out back in 2017. I m now paying $2,500 for it to be fixed all because of Burns Honda s mistake, and their service manager could care less.
