A little underwhelming if I were to put it bluntly...

A little underwhelming if I were to put it bluntly. From the onset the place looks extremely commercialized with all the neat information around payment methods, and shipping needs. I was caught a little off guard when the service came across as quite unfriendly when I was standing at the counter for a good 15-30s and there was no awareness to address my needs. Perhaps this is a place for tourists and tour groups but we (a couple) are not looking for a standardized method of treatment or anything that cuts from the same cloth. That aside, cheese was alright and we bought some back. Also a shout out to Emily our guide whom I thought was honest and very knowledgeable throughout the wine tour.
