I have been a customer for years but today I change my rating. Everytime I go in it is a crapshoot whether or not my latte will be frothy and hot (not lukewarm and thin) or whether my eggs will be rubbery and cold. makes me sad as there is ever more restaurants, Spot is tanking. I have spending more and more time (even driving further) to go to Tipico or Sweetness. step up spot. I want you to deserve my loyalty
