I purchased my first Subaru in 2017. My first salesman seemed more interested in making the deal than helping me. However, when I went back Nathan Walker stepped in to help and it was a game changer. He answered all my questions and explained everything in detail. He helped me in deciding which vehicle I wanted and worked hard to follow up and insure everything ran smoothly. When I went back in to have it serviced I was pleasantly surprised to run into him, and feel like I can still ask him anything and get an honest answer. This has made my whole outlook change about the horror stories of car salesmen! I will be coming back to this dealership because of his honesty and follow through.
