Sadly I have to give just one star for a service center. When we were buying our cars, we had help all over the office. So many representatives asked how they can help. However, when I came with the problem, I got no help. My car is sill under warranty and for the past two month I hear the whistle noise from the hitter. I came to check this out on Friday, at 4.40pm and was told it's too late for the service (they open until 7pm). I had to make an appointment for the next week. When I brought my car, the technician immediately check the filter and advised to change it. Then my car went to a mechanic. Seven minutes. Seven!!!! And I got my car back saying it's a normal noise. Not sure why they couldn't do the same trick when I stopped by before. Oh, and I got a toy via mail from Honda with the thank you note for using they service. The problem is still there and I guess I will go to get a second opinion outside of a dealership. It needs to be fixed before my warranty expires.
