I'm a current tenant of Stony Brook Apartments in Santa Rosa CA since 2012. The apartments are now managed by FPI Management. The apartments had never been in so bad shape as they look now. They are trashed. You can walk around the apartments and see trash everywhere. Also management is a joke. They are never available and don't care about the apartments at all. They closed the pool right at the beginning of summer when all the kids are at home and want to use the pool. All the lights on the parking lot had been out for over a month and it gets very dark at night, there are no signs of repair. The apartments inside have very old appliances and don't take care of any maintenance, repairs, or upgrades. Old tenants are all leaving the apartments due to the careless of management. It used to be a great place to live. Now is just trash. Just pass by and look it for your self. FPI Management is very abusive in their price increases and really take as much advantage of the tenants as possible. Worse management company ever.
