I have ordered Opal stone ring. From the day 1 till delivery Mr. Arun from GemPundit coordinated and the item delivered at doorstep in Ahmedabad. I have requested for early delivery and to enhance early delivery, GemPundit's shipping team utilized local courier service and that caused a minor behavioral issue at Ahmedabad, whereas, resolution have been ensured by GemPundit, specifically in coordination with Mr. Arun with in 1 hour from the delivery information given by local courier service.
I am fully satisfied with the service provided and the all time coordination with Arun.
