I hate time-consuming face to face meetings and Pacor does a great job of avoiding any time wasting. Everything was done over email and secure website eSignatures. We didn't have to go anywhere and sign papers until the closing and everything went perfectly smooth. Elizabeth's estimate of the cash we'd need to close was exactly right and they also got us a better rate and less money down than our bank offered us.
