We are bonvoyage members and often fly in late and leave early, therefore we appreciate the proximity of this hotel. However, they mess up our reservation every time.

My husband called in to say our flight was delayed and then proceeded to pay for our room and make sure we had the breakfast vouchers.
But no. I still had to pay for the room and extra for any vouchers, and now my husband has to call in, again and complain.
I wish there was another hotel in the airport... any hotel.
