Cooper Acord was the service rep that helped me with my desk delivery. With COVID, there has been a lot of orders and increase in volume I m sure - so I ended up getting most of my desk pieces delivered on the same day. I was missing the desktop though and contacted Uplift via email, Cooper responded promptly and submitted a new order that was pretty much on its way in 24 hours. Super easy and helpful, looking forward to putting the rest of the desk together.
