My experience with Proguard has not been good overall. They do have good people, who respond to your calls or concerns, but the processes laid out are extremely lacking quality, control and customer orientation. After paying hefty money for a car warranty, you ultimately end up in paying for repairs and rentals too unfortunately. I will not recommend doing business with this organization.
