Terrible, zero stars !!! Technical Mr. Lazzarini arrived and didn't even park the van correctly knowing he was not already doing his job and in fact after 5min he made me sign the card for "blocked conduit" forcing me to pass an electrician. The electrician put the tow cord in 2 minutes on the clock and the raceway was not obstructed at all since the house and pipes were all new. Moral, I have to wait 15 days for a new Telecom technician to intervene in addition to the 2 months I'm already waiting for! You are maddening and washing !!!
