I am severely disappointed with the catering depar...

I am severely disappointed with the catering department at this ShopRite. I prepaid for my order four days ago. I asked Michael in the catering department if my order would be ready on time and if they could handle the business since this was my first time using this location for my event. He reassured me that the food would be ready and hot. My food was 30 minutes late which made my event start late. The food was also not hot as he promised. I usually patronize the ShopRite locations in the suburbs which do not allow this to happen. The only excuse I received was they were "backed up". That is not a sufficient excuse in this climate when consumers are very particular with their purchases and businesses are fighting to stay open. This location is not representing the Shoprite chain adequately. The Shoprite CEO, Pieter Engelbrecht, needs to evaluate this location's effectiveness to carry the mission of Shoprite. If problems like this persist then this could eventually hurt the growth of Shoprite as it tries to maintain its number one status as the top grocer chain in New Jersey.
