I have been a client for 3 years. The first year, it took 2 months to be reimbursed. Then 4 months, then 10 months, and now no reimbursement: The phony excuse: your request is not applicable, or else: your consultations are subsequent to your request for termination (termination which I could not obtain: I therefore have a new contract this year) .... All the pretexts are good for taking the contributions and not repaying ANYTHING! I am exhausting myself writing by enclosing the documents; I send emails with attachments and this year all my reimbursement requests are evaded: it's been "months, and I don't know until when ........ DOESN'T DESERVE ANY STAR.
