Representative are polite most of the time, but some times It is hard to reach them you got to call them few more times.

And, they say they 'hired' another 'Law office' to do handle certain case, but basically they just kick the ball back and force between the 'two':

"Oh we can not do this, contact them, they are handling blah blah blah.."
"No we are hired by them, we can not/dont have the ability do this ...".
