My husband and I went to Castorama Englos yesterday to make a big order of closet doors. 7 packages of 40 kg each. To transport them we rented a truck of the sign. We were both on site and being 7 months pregnant, we asked for a salesman to help us load the truck. Several calls to the microphone were made. No one has ever come to give us a hand. The security guard who did the inventory of the truck with my husband went off. Several vendors passed us looking at us and seeing my difficulties in carrying these packages with my husband. None stopped. I find this unacceptable and will no longer love Castorama englos.
