I noticed on my monthly OnStar email (a great feature) that I had a recall for software on my 2015 Sierra. I stopped into this dealership at lunch just to ask if they could do it that day, expecting that I would have to make an appointment. They not only put it in immediately, they also changed the oil, rotated the tires and washed it, while providing me a car to drive to/from work to pick it up at 5pm. Unexpected and very thorough.
