I got quoted and excellent price over the phone for a snow tire change. Apparently they needed to charge me more because there was miscommunication over the phone (because they didn't realize that I had new tires). I was a little bummed but knew that I wouldn't have gotten it much cheaper anywhere else or perhaps not done in the same day. Anyways, as Jared(I think) was ringing me up he was very nice and I explained to him my concern. He explained why they charged more and I explained that my tires a year ago with my vehicle. He offered me the original price and helped make it a very positive experience to earn my business.

I also got great advice on my transmission fluid that saved me $100 where another popular lube place in town was going to charge me to get another transmission flush with only 10,000 miles on my transmission fluid. Stand up service. They have earned me as a customer!
