My dog and I are here for dog food only. We are from Oregon where you can buy science hills prescription diet at petsmart. I had to wait to fill out paperwork and it has so far taken over 30 minute just to get paperwork. If I didn't have a prescription, I'm afraid to see how long it would take.

I still have over an hour drive home but customer service is not a strong suit here!
I started out with 3 stars.
It has gotten worse!

I would not recommend coming here if you need quicker service.

Out of towners will wait even longer!
