I visited close to 15 different bridal boutiques from Nashville to Bristol and everywhere in between before FINALLY deciding on "the dress" at White Lace and Promises. I actually visited White Lace two different times before making my final decision, obviously I am very indecisive and thorough in my decision making. However, all of the staff members were super helpful and did not put pressure on me AT ALL to decide on a dress or even to buy from their store. I was there for 2 hours the second visit deciding between just 2 dresses, and they were so incredibly patient with me. They even stayed after closing time to finish the ordering process. Chasta was the sales associate that helped us both times we were there, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding dress. The quality of their dresses, the amazing customer service, and the lovely atmosphere at White Lace create a perfect bridal boutique experience.
