I wouldn't wish that place on my worst enemy. My mom was taken there on the evening of October 10, 2016. The attending physician in the ER called the wrong number and worked on my mom for three hours until she died. My bother and I weren't notified until four hours after she died that she was even there. It took the other family's call to tell them they called the wrong number. The doctor was so irresponsible. If after an hour or so, wouldn't a normal person check to see if they called the right number? Then they took us down to the morgue to see our mom. She was in exactly the same condition as she was four hours orevioysly when she died. Intubated, with her head cocked. They didn't clean her up. She was left in a box for us to see as if she had just died. Dogs get better treatment at the vet. She had no dignity. And the bs they gave us was that they had to leave her that way so the fluids wouldn't come out. THAT's WHY YOU CLEAN A DECEASED UP, BECAUSE THE FLUIDS COME OUT. What an incompetent, lazy, poor excuse for medical care. I am in psychotherapy for the PTSD I am still suffering with since then. I take Valium at night so I can sleep without the belief that I will die like her. Don't ever go there. Not if you want to come out alive. The one star is only because I can't give zero stars. I hope the people who treated her that night go through what I went through. The president of the hospital called me to apologize and said they have meetings about patient care every week. I hope every single person who worked on my mom experiences the horror that I went through. I hope the incompetent emergency room doctor loses her mother without having the chance to say goodbye, without the chance to tell her she loves her. I was robbed of that opportunity and my mother died alone, without her family next to her. I am not vindictive, but in this case, I wish nothing but pain on that woman and the rest of them. I hope she can't sleep at night.
