Overall we were happy as the staff, especially those at the Cafe Chat were very helpful when we asked for help to buy a cake for our hosts in Kuching.

However, we have a rude surprise when we received our credit card statement at home. We are being charged for the prepaid stay at Pullman Kuching. We asked the receptionist when we checked out about the credit chit that we signed as requested. She assured us that she would destroy it. It was mistake to trust her.

This is the first time we are double charged for our prepaid stay at the Accor group of hotels. We hope this bad experience will be the last.
