We have chooses Alash Hospital after shifting in Dwarka. But during this COVID19 pandemic visiting General OPD with appointment is painful experience. With prior appointment of 11.0 AM for my mother , we reached hospital around 10.45. It take us to get payment done /to get recept of payment around hour.
In this situation all institute making easy processes so that time of waiting should be minimum.
Why not are you developing online payment process to cut the time of waiting in hospital..
