Clean, great rooms. Views are spectacular. Food us excellent but pricey. A little ( ok, a lot) spacey with event planning. Double bookings resulting in last minute cancellations (DJ, hair and makeup person, location of rehearsal dinner). Cherry cake filling instead of raspberry in wedding cake. Room assignment mixups. Staff is friendliest and most accommodating of any I've seen. Prices very good for rooms, especially when a stellar breakfast buffet is included. Shops and restaurants up and down the street, most within 6 blocks in either direction. Pools are terrific, including two swim-up bars, one pool being adults only. Would definitely go back.
