I needed a reputable plumping company to drain our tankless water heater. Based on previous reviews I called TLC. I was not disappointed. From my initial call to the service technician who came to my home and completed the job. Mr. Shannon Rushing (service technician) called prior to arrival and arrived on time. He was professional, courteous and thorough. The job was completed in a timely manner and no mess. He provided good tips to keep the tankless water heater running properly. I would most definetly use TLC in the future and recommend to friends, neighbors and family. Price was fair and service was EXCELLENT!
