Expensive in terms of quality. Holiday Inn is usually ok for the price. Got a room at the very bottom of the hallway, very small and certainly not up to expectations for a Hotel of this caliber. Needs an overhaul. Some of the staff seem like they would rather have another job.
For example, there were a lot of people in the restaurant for breakfast, but you almost had to stretch your legs to get a refill of their boring coffee on the jug, on the other hand, there was someone who almost lifted your plate away before you had chewed your mouth.
Maybe they thought one should not take too much of the food?
