If I could rate 0 stars I would. I can only imagine the frustration people feel when being placed on hold for 30mins, not having their calls returned nor being able to receive any updates pertaining to their automotive loan. I waited 32mins yesterday and still none of your employees were able to pick up the phone. Who runs this place?! LOL
