The service provided by Marquette Medical was average at best. There was nothing particularly great about it. I expected more from them considering their reputation. Disappointing experience overall.

My son visited the center yesterday and was told he had an upper respiratory infection but was not prescribed an antibiotic. He was worse today and called the clinic back but was not able to schedule an appointment until tomorrow. He then went tonight to an urgent care facility and was diagnosed with pneumonia and prescribed an antibiotic. As a parent, I am very concerned about the quality of medical care he received.
this place is basically a shitshow and a waste of marquette tuition.
