What a difference a year makes. A year ago, I posted a 5 star review based on a positive sales experience and awesome customer service. Based on a recent visit, that has all changed. I had to purchase a replacement key fob for a business customer of mine. The part had to be ordered so the customer was put in a rental car over night since the new fob had to be programmed to the car. I paid the service department for the fob and programming as well as the rental car fee. Apparently the part showed up late so the customer was not able to pick the car up at the time we had all previously agreed, however I was told nothing about this. I found out a couple of weeks later when I got my credit card statement and saw that Grubbs charged me an additional $75 for car rental fee. I never gave authorization for the extra charge, I wasn't even told there were extra charges. I've called and sent emails to Linda in customer service as well as Clint, the Service manager. No response. Pretty shady way to do business and I won't be returning. Hope the $75 was worth it for you Grubbs!
