Smart Choice lived up to its name and reputation in our neighborhood for providing the services needed to sell our home quickly. I was a little concerned bfore I signed on with them that I, and my house, wouldn't receive all the attention necessary. I was very mistaken. Smart Choice got our house sold. And it saved us so much money in commissions that I was able to price my house to sell. Samara Presley is savvy, knowledgable and professional. She has great back office support in Jessica, and great agents like Jaymi Huff. I highly recommend it and like the men's store commercial says: "An educated consumer is their best customer."
