**This only applies to the ordering process at Uplift** Had a question regarding the product and used the chat feature on the bottom right corner of the screen, honestly not expecting help that would go at all beyond a standard service script. Was pleased to find a human - Jaime - who was not only friendly and helpful, but also empowered to facilitate a surprisingly quick solution. I just placed my order, fingers crossed the delivery and product are as excellent as the ordering process.
