We purchased a warranty through this company about two years ago when we purchased our son a 2006 Hummer H3. Unfortunately the Hummer came down with several issues a couple of months ago, many parts, some major, had to be replaced. I could never in words describe the credit that Steve deserves from us on handling this repair. Things were alittle bumpy with the representative when we first called, but once Steve took over, it was smooth sailing! He handled everything for us with the repair shop, and went above and beyond in the customer service department as well. I would highly recommend Pro Guard Warranty company to anyone that is looking for a company that they can rely on, and that will handle their claim very efficiently! Thank you so much Steve, and Pro Guard Warranty, for getting our sons Hummer back on the road and giving us, as parents, the peace of mind we now have in knowing he is safe!!
