Hands down BEST car buying experience. I haven't bought a car in almost ten years, so this was refreshing. I had an extremely bad experience at another dealership where the salesman insulted my intelligence and lied about my bank not doing a purchase and sale agreement etc, i grew up with brothers I know cars thankfully.... so by the time I got to them I was just flustered and ready to give up... I found a vehicle on CarGurus from their little family owned dealership and I immediately emailed and asked when we could come down, I had been searching for a vehicle Exactly like this one and it was right in my price range, Jenny got right back to me and told me there was a lot of traffic on the vehicle and I said well then I want to come down ASAP and make a down payment if I like it. She met me on a Sunday, we drove over an hour to get there but I knew this was going to be it. We drove to Peabody, their dealership is little but so personal and they really care about what they're doing, and it shows. Professional, courteous, and generally awesome.
Alan called me and recommended a certain bank for financing and I'm glad I did, i got an amazing rate and it was a done deal. From day one I had excellent, clear communication about forms needed etc, they helped me transfer my plates so I didn't have to go to the RMV, for a tiny dealership they are BIG on details. I felt comfortable and at ease, and I thoroughly enjoyed buying a vehicle from them.... I even told Jenny on my way out if she found a certain car down the road to please call us so we can get my husband a newer car too.
